libhiredis0.10 software package provides minimalistic C client library for Redis, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhiredis0.10
libhiredis0.10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhiredis0.10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhiredis0.10 *
